Cancellations & reschedules
We understand that plans change, and you're welcome to cancel or reschedule at any time. We just ask for as much notice as you can give, ideally at least 5 hours, so we can offer your spot to someone else.
If we don't receive 5 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply. If something unexpected comes up, please get in touch and we'll do our best to work with you
